Website information is general

This website provides general service information. It is not a diagnosis, medical advice, emergency assessment or a substitute for advice from an appropriate health professional. Reading the website, sending an enquiry or booking an introductory call does not create a therapeutic relationship by itself.

Not a crisis or emergency service

Clarvia does not provide emergency response, inpatient detoxification, medically supervised withdrawal or continuous monitoring. In an immediate emergency call 000. For crisis support in Australia, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide information that is accurate enough to assess suitability and deliver the service safely.
  • Ask questions where scope, fees, privacy or consent information is unclear.
  • Attend online sessions from a reasonably private, safe location with suitable technology.
  • Tell Clarvia if you are outside the agreed service area or if circumstances change in a way that may affect suitability or safety.
  • Follow the agreed booking, payment and cancellation arrangements.

Professional boundaries and referrals

Clarvia may decline, pause or end a service where it is outside professional scope, clinically unsuitable, unsafe, affected by a conflict or better provided by another service. Where appropriate, Clarvia may suggest that you contact a GP, emergency service, specialist provider or other support.

Fees, bookings and cancellations

Current website prices and booking options are shown on the Bookings page. The Booking & Cancellation Policy explains notice periods, charges and exceptions. Any package or funded-service terms must be agreed before purchase or service delivery.

NDIS-related information

Clarvia is not an NDIS-registered provider. No website statement guarantees funding, plan eligibility, reimbursement or that counselling can be billed to a plan. Funding and suitability must be confirmed before services begin.

Privacy and counselling consent

Website privacy information is provided in the Privacy & Confidentiality page. Paid counselling requires a separate intake and informed-consent process covering scope, confidentiality limits, records, fees, cancellation arrangements, online-session considerations and service limitations.
