Professional referral process

Consent first, minimal information only.

Before sending an enquiry, please confirm that the participant understands and agrees to the referral. Clarvia will review availability, the general support requested, professional scope, delivery needs, and any applicable funding requirements.

Until a verified secure referral form is implemented, please email only the minimum information below:

Referrer's name
Organisation, if applicable
Professional contact email
General type of support requested
Confirmation that the participant has agreed to the referral
Start Referral Email

Please do not email: detailed diagnoses, medication histories, NDIS identifiers, full plans or sensitive clinical narratives. Email is not for urgent or crisis referrals.

Funding & suitability

Reviewed before commitment.

Clarvia is not an NDIS-registered provider. NDIS-related enquiries are reviewed against participant circumstances, plan-management arrangements, professional scope, insurance and current funding requirements. Clarvia does not guarantee that a service can be paid from an NDIS plan.

Participant choice and informed consent remain central. Where Clarvia is not suitable, another provider or service may be recommended.
