Meet Shree
I created Clarvia to offer a warm, practical and reflective space where people can speak openly and move at their own pace. I bring completed Psychology Honours studies and more than five years of relevant healthcare experience, including mental health and alcohol and other drug work.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in genuine curiosity about your experience. Mindfulness is a personal interest that can be included gently when it feels useful to you.

Explore emotional experiences, thought patterns, triggers and behaviours.
Develop practical coping skills, strengthen self-awareness and work towards meaningful personal goals.
Sessions may include psychology-informed reflective conversations, practical coping strategies, collaborative goals and optional mindfulness-informed practices tailored to your needs.
